QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- MUST have the ability to leverage the Google algorithm and manage our company profile
- 4 years of experience in marketing or marketing support
- Corporate social media management and company blog experience
- Experience with WordPress, SEO, CMS systems, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office programs
- Project management experience
- Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and make significant decisions
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

As our Marketing Manager, you're motivated to drive business growth and expand our online reach. You're a strategic problem solver who manages our social media pages and coordinates our Google ad campaigns to get them in front of more eyes. From overseeing 3rd party services and managing essential documentation to supporting online asset creation and managing digital assets, you optimize our digital marketing efforts.
This is a dynamic project management role where you review, update, and create sales collateral to encourage more online interactions and promote our incredible services. You research the latest SEO practices, stay on top of industry trends, and examine our processes to identify areas for improvement. As you coordinate with sales to find new leads, attend events to take new pictures for social media, and manage our camera equipment, you take pride in playing an integral role in our business's success!
