Responsibilities:
- As a ServiceNow Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and upkeep the company’s ServiceNow-based application.
- Develop and manage integrations between the application and diverse enterprise systems, including mobility applications.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate processes to streamline application deployment and updates.
- Oversee version control, code repositories and release management for scoped applications utilizing GitHub.
- Utilize JIRA and PPM tools for project tracking, issue resolution, and resource allocation.
- Offer technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the application.
- Contribute to tailored customer-specific implementations, ensuring alignment with unique client requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure its accuracy and relevance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least three years of experience implementing ServiceNow technology and crafting scoped applications.
- Proficient in GitHub, JIRA and PPM.
- Robust comprehension of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and workflow design.
- Foundational understanding of Database Engineering.
- Sound grasp of JavaScript data structures and algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
- Experience in developing certified scoped applications is an advantage.
- Salary: $100k – $120k
