We are looking for a Licensed Plumber to be part of our Tribe and join in the opportunity to learn, develop and grow alongside a great team of dedicated people as we focus on our purpose to Make the World a Better Place!In This Role YOU Will
- Drive to potential customers’ homes to meet with them for a pre-scheduled appointment.
- Consult, discuss findings, and provide a job proposal in an attempt to bring sales of solution to a close.
- Carry out installation and repair projects daily from beginning to end in order to ensure the best outcome for our clients.
- Build trusting relationships by working cohesively with various departments and managers responding with a sense of urgency to plumbing and production related and general inquiries from said departments/managers in addition to external customers.
- Expert knowledge of plumbing related services, current plumbing license and knowledge of or up-to-date regulations.
- Knowledge of basement systems including piers, anchors, and waterproofing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team and meet expectations outlined.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex information or instructions into understandable job specifications, measurements, and standards.
