Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our dining establishment's daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, possess excellent leadership skills, and be passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage service activities
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train, schedule, and motivate staff members
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures

Qualifications:

-Must be 18 or older

-Wine knowledge a plus

- Proven experience in supervising within the food industry
- Proficiency in cash handling and shift management
- Familiarity with Toast POS
- Strong understanding of culinary techniques and menu planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus
- Experience in banquet operations is advantageous
