Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as Service Advisor/Asst Manager. This person is the primary liaison between our customers and the talented technicians who repair their vehicles. In essence they are the customer’s vehicle consultant. While prior automotive experience is a plus, it is not required. We believe in investing in our team members and will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Educate customers on our products and services, guiding them through the sales process with professionalism and integrity.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through one-on-one relationship building, networking, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
• Periodically manage facility operations including directing other team members, opening, and closing

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to present oneself in a professional manner, both in appearance and demeanor.
• Comfortable working on a commission basis and driven by achieving sales goals.
• Proven responsibility.
• Prior sales experience preferred, but not required. We welcome seasoned professionals from diverse backgrounds.
