State of South Carolina is Hiring a Procurement Specialist Near Richland, SC

Under limited supervision and in accordance with State and University procurement related policies, rules and regulations, administers Task Order Contracts (TOC) and administers procurement of construction contracts, and miscellaneous goods and services purchases. Processes solicitations for Construction bids up to $250,000.00.Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of work experience that is directly related to the area of employment, or high school diploma and 6 years work experience that is directly related to the area of employment.Knowledge of state and University policy and procedures, speci?cally procurement of construction related services, and experience related to state procurement and/or construction services contracts/administration.Pro?ciency in computer operations and working knowledge of Microsoft O?ce required.
