The Hospice Aide CNA i s responsible for providing the patient with personal care in an inpatient care unit as assigned within the guidelines established by both state and federal regulations.
Participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Follows up as appropriate with supervisor, co-workers regarding patients' needs and care or concerns.
Promotes positive relations with the families and patients as well as facility staff.

QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Completed High School or earned Equivalency Diploma
- Successful completion of a formal certification training program or a written skills test and competency evaluation
- Minimum of six months’ work experience in a direct care setting
- CPR Certified
- Have dependable transportation, current driver’s license, and auto insurance
