Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment labor laws and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews of potential candidates
- Assist with onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Assist with training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions and tracking employee participation
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as filing documents, answering phone calls, and responding to employee inquiries
- Assist with human capital management tasks, such as performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with workers' compensation claims processing
- Support HR team with various projects as needed
