Purpose:

TheOperations Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our mobile healthcare practices that include audiology, behavioral health, dental, podiatry, and optometry. This position is responsible for analyzing various aspects of our operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, patient satisfaction, and customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions:

• Analyze operational data, including patient flow, appointment scheduling, treatment procedures, product turnaround times, and revenue metrics, identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Evaluate existing practice management software systems along with other software platforms and tools to ensure optimal functionality and usability.
• Interpret data and present findings in a clear and concise manner through reports and presentations.
• Develop a key service dashboard for internal tracking and review.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of.
• Monitor performance metrics regularly and provide actionable recommendations to address performance gaps and optimize resource utilization.
• Compile successful pre and post procedure enhancement data.
• Work closely with leadership, practitioners, administrative staff, and other stakeholders to align operational goals with broader organizational objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure adoption and proficiency in utilizing new operational initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of patient care, infection control, and safety protocols.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, operations management, or related field preferred.

· Previous experience in healthcare operations, preferably within a dental practice or dental service organization.

· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or statistical software.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

· Knowledge of practice management software systems

· Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures preferred.

· Detail-oriented with a focus on process optimization, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

· Ability to adapt to changing priorities, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
