South metro automotive dealership is seeking a friendly, outgoing person to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to handle a busy, multi-faceted position that requires organization, common sense and a positive attitude.
Must be able to work Monday - Thursday 11 : 30am - 8 pm & Friday 8 : 30am - 5 pm.
Responsibilities consist of but not limited to :
Greet customers
Answer incoming telephone calls promptly.
Directs caller and guests to correct department or individual.
Bank Deposit
Filing, Scanning and Data entry and various clerical tasks.
Collect and enter customer deposits and payments
Provide general support to our Sales & Service departments.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Punctuality & good attendance
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent
