How you will make an impact: 

Seeking a reliable and dedicated Receptionist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for calls and visitors, you'll embody exceptional customer service and uphold our SilverCrest standards. Take pride in maintaining our business as your own, aligning with our mission, goals, objectives, and policies. In this role, you'll handle administrative tasks, serve as a liaison between residents and staff, and ensure positive interactions with our community. Upholding privacy and confidentiality, you'll handle phone calls, address concerns, and contribute to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

This is a weekend only position, Part-time on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 4:00pm–12:00am with additional hours for special projects as needed during the week. 

What you will need: 

  • High school diploma or GED preferred. 
  • Must be 18 years to apply 
  • Preferred at least one year receptionist/customer service position, preferably in senior or hospitality services.
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities and interruptions in a highly visible role.
