Make an ImpactThe Director of Talent Acquisition will play a pivotal role in leading and executing Fossil’s Talent Acquisition strategy. This individual will collaborate with business leaders to meet the evolving hiring needs of our organization, develop scalable recruiting strategies that enhance employee engagement, and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace. This leader will be based in our Corporate Headquarters in Richardson, TX.

Primary Responsibilities
  • The below represents the primary duties of the position, others may be assigned as needed:
  • Develop, implement, and execute effective and innovative recruitment initiatives that attract and retain a diverse workforce
  • Partner with the broader HR team to ensure that recruitment processes positively impact employee engagement, promote equity, and foster an inclusive culture across all levels of the organization
  • Create and implement innovative recruiting strategies, programs, and initiatives to meet Fossil’s growth objectives and business strategies
  • Oversee the overall candidate experience and continuously improve the candidate journey from prospect to hire
  • Lead and inspire a highly engaged team to execute the recruiting needs across the organization; provide training and development opportunities to help the team continue to grow
  • Collaborate with leaders across the organization to understand the company's hiring needs in the short and long-term
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends
  • Own the recruitment process for Executive and Board of Director positions
  • 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition at a senior management level; preferably in a fast-paced company
  • 7 years of people management experience with a proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams
  • Energetic relationship builder with exceptional communication and influencing abilities
  • Demonstrated initiative, critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Capable of influencing the product strategy and direction for our recruiting technology supporting the talent selection process.
  • High attention to detail and customer service for both internal clients and external candidates
Your Skills
  • 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition at a senior management level; preferably in a fast-paced company
  • 7 years of people management experience with a proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams
  • Energetic relationship builder with exceptional communication and influencing abilities
  • Demonstrated initiative, critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Capable of influencing the product strategy and direction for our recruiting technology supporting the talent selection process.
