Revere Public School District is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Revere, MA

Revere Public Schools is seeking full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to work collaboratively with school staff and caregivers to support students’ social/emotional/behavioral functioning across school settings.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Provide training/supervision to staff in the implementation of ABA methodology, behavior intervention strategies, and data collection and analysis
  • Conduct informal observations and provide ongoing consultation to teachers and staff across school settings to support students’ behavior and engagement
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, develop/modify behavior support plans, and monitor implementation
  • Participate in the Team meeting process
  • Provide training and consultation to parents around implementation of ABA strategies and behavior support plans
Qualifications:
  • Behavior Analyst Certification Board licensure.
  • Excellent computer/technology skills with the ability to utilize various computer software and app programs.
  • Committed to the vision of high expectations for achievement, equal access to high levels of instruction, the achievement of academic and linguistic proficiency for all students, and the closing of the opportunity gap
  • A self-reflective, active learner capable of interactive dialogue with all members of the school community.
  • Strong foundation in student-centered pedagogy and culturally responsive teaching practices.
  • Candidates must be flexible and collaborative and have well-established verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to share information and resources as appropriate, including strong written communication skills.
