Experienced Residential and Commercial Maintenance Technician

Full-time Maintenance Technician for Residential Community, two Locations.

· Resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner

· Pick up supplies, parts and equipment or call manufacturers for delivery as needed

· Complete work orders daily in a timely and professional manner

· Pick up trash if seen on grounds

· Respond to requests and provide exceptional customer service to our tenants

· Travel between West Los Angeles Properties

· Must have reliable transportation and pass a background check

· Must have your own tools and be self-motivated and able to work independently

Troubleshooting and making routine repairs in the following areas:

· Painting

· Light Fixtures

· Doors

· Electrical – A MUST

· Plumbing – A MUST

· Minor Carpentry

· Other building maintenance items as needed

Work Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday

Experience and Compensation

Minimum 2 years of experience in a previous similar position.

Compensation based on level of experience.
