SmartTalent is Hiring a Production Operator Near Renton, WA

SmartTalent Staffing is looking to hire a Production Operator for a client who specializes in the Production and Manufacturing of Espresso machines. (Details below)

PAY: $23-$30 DOE

TITLE & SHIFT: Production Operator, Day Shift

LOCATION: Renton, WA

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm

OBJECTIVE:

The Production Operator will assemble or fabricate mechanical parts, pieces or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications in a specific area of a production line in a manufacturing organization.

JOB DUTIES:

· Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products.

· Utilize hand tools such as a hand held screw and drill gun.

· Perform soldering, which is the process which two or more metal items are joined together by melting and flowing a filler metal (solder) into the joint.

· Maintain inventory of product in work stations.

· Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.

· Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified.

· Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.

· Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.

· Maintain a clean and safe work area.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Good attendance is an absolute must!

· 1-2 years mechanical assembly experience

· Physically be able to lift 30-50lbs

· Regularly perform repetitive tasks

· Regularly possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately

· Basic computer skills
