Northwest Forklift has been locally owned and operated since 1976. We are looking for a long term individual to assist in the operation our service department.
Qualifications:
Must have computer skills
Able to organize and develop procedures
Deal with customers, service staff & technicians in a professional manner
Ability to be able to establish new accounts
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Experience with material handling equipment and/or a mechanical background is a
plus!
Be able to quote customers for parts/service/engines
Must have reliable transportation and good driving record for area travel
Valid driver's license and & good driving record for any area travel that may be needed
Pass a drug test & background check
Hours of Operation: 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
