Position Summary: We are seeking an initiative-taking and detail-oriented Business Service Manager/Partner to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our loan origination processes and ensuring efficient workflow management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet stringent performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Loan Origination Support: Facilitate the loan origination process, ensuring all documentation is correct and complete. Coordinate with clients and internal departments to streamline application processing.
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours, providing exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on departmental loan production, aiming to achieve the goal of $250K per quarter.
Application Readiness: Work towards increasing the Application Readiness Rate each quarter, striving to meet set targets (70%, 80%, 90%, 100%)
Workflow Optimization: Assess and improve current workflow models and efficiency standards, implementing best practices to enhance departmental performance.
Collaboration: Partner with team members and stakeholders to align organizational goals and deliver results.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
Professional Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and loan origination software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer response time within 24 hours
Achieving departmental loan production goals
Increasing Application Readiness Rate each quarter.
