We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced and challenging environment. The position requires the candidate to have experience with floating to additional units, acute care in the hospital, and critical care nursing.
Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and respond to changes in their health status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatment plans
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in critical care nursing

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in Washington
• 2 years of experience in float, ICU, or critical care nursing
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
