The role is remote-based and requires an individual with strong accounting and reconciliation skills. The role will be a contract employment. Responsibilities:• Conduct monthly reconciliations to identify and resolve issues• Investigate complex accounting categories to ensure accuracy• Prepare and record journal entries as part of the accounting process• Manage Project 560 reconciliations and escalate any discrepancies• Perform daily cash reconciliations and address any irregularities• Propose entries that need to be made for accurate financial reporting• Contribute to the automation of reconciliation processes to improve efficiency• Update and maintain accounting templates to ensure they reflect current processes• Document processes for transparency and future reference• Work on process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy.
