**Preschool Teacher** **Duties:** - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum - Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Provide individualized attention and support to students - Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions - Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and development of each child - Assess student progress and communicate with parents/guardians about their child's achievements and areas for improvement - Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment **Experience:** - Previous experience working with children, preferably in a daycare or preschool setting - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Familiarity with behavior management techniques - Ability to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum - Experience working with children with special needs is a plus - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
