JP Dental Care is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Reno, NV

We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dental office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. If you have experience in dental or medical reception, strong organizational skills, and a friendly demeanor, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:

- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk

- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing inquiries

- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary

- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

- Follow office protocols and maintain confidentiality of patient information

- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about dental procedures

- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is preferred

- Proficiency in dental practice management systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Epic is a plus

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures is beneficial
