Key Responsibilities:
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the flow of patients.
- Answering phone calls and addressing client inquiries.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting veterinarians and technicians as needed.
