Zywave is Hiring a Remote Senior Product Manager - Remote

As a Senior Product Manager at Zywave, you will have the opportunity to define and communicate product vision and strategy that is aligned with company goals. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as the voice of the customer. 

What you will do:

  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct continuous market research and customer interviews to identify opportunities and prioritization.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key initiatives and milestones.
  • Prioritize objectives and outcomes based on customer impact and business value.
  • Iterate and evolve products based on user feedback, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
  • Lead agile product development processes, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as the voice of the customer.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and buy-in on priorities.
  • Advocate for user-centric product development practices and champion the voice of the customer.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and organizational growth.

What you should bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
  • 7 years in product management or related roles, with focus on digital products or software development
  • Experience in commercial insurance, worker’s compensation, risk mitigation, and employee safety preferred.
  • Practical risk management and commercial insurance experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in product management through both revenue growth and relationship building
  • Proven track record of successfully completing large-scale development projects
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Passion for continuous learning, teaching and improvement
  • Deep background in commercial Property and Casualty insurance including commercial insurance/risk/safety product competitive knowledge
  • Ability to understand our products, customers and partners needs in the property and casualty environment.
  • Strong product management domain knowledge, including a grasp of core web and mobile technologies and ability for informed participation in technology, user and business-oriented discussions
  • Financial/business acumen and analytical competence with ability to develop and present business case
  • Able to be a leader to all parties involved in the product life cycle – product, UX, technology, marketing, finance, sales
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Critical thinking skills to quickly make and measure decisions and define goals across products during planning and execution
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, including strong presentation, public speaking and facilitation skills
  • Comfortable with short/real-time planning, and ability to maintain a consistent focus on short-term tactics and long-term goals
