ABS Kids is looking for a remote Systems Support Specialist I to join our growing IT team. We are currently seeking candidates who live in the EST time zone. The Systems Support Specialist I will provide general clinical systems and processes support to our Clinical and Psychology Teams.

Our Administrative Support team members play a vital role in advancing our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorders and their families. What would you do?

• General data entry within clinical applications
• Create new client profiles within clinical systems
• Transfer files into main electronic health record (EHR) system
• Process clinical assessment documentation for new and existing clients
• Interface via phone, email, or video conference with Caregivers to support timely and accurate completion of clinical assessment documentation
• Support clinical reporting and auditing
• Document and escalate high priority or time sensitive matters to the Lead Systems Support Specialist
• Stay current with clinical assessment documentation and practices to support business needs
• Create and maintain process documentation
• Other duties as assigned

Who are we looking for?

• Strong communication and customer service skills, both oral and written
• Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Baseline knowledge of web-based SaaS application use
• Ability to work in a demanding and dynamic fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines
• Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations
• Experience in the Medical or ABA field a plus
• Knowledge of HIPAA practices and standards a plus
• Fluency in Spanish a plus
• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year’s prior experience in customer service and/or data entry
