JOB SUMMARY: Assists Client Service Managers in providing best of class service to our clients. Selects vested benefits, reconciles trust assets including participant loans and contributions, assists Plan Sponsors with standard requests, resolves internal intra- departmental requests and manages reoccurring projects.
