AidKit is a social impact startup born from the pandemic that aims to 10x the leverage of organizations and governments helping people in need. Today, we run some of the largest direct cash programs in the country. Looking forward, we aim to be the platform for delivering assistance to anyone, anywhere, efficiently, at scale, and with dignity. We got our start as volunteers delivering relief to undocumented workers left behind amidst the early days of COVID and have since grown into a fully bootstrapped platform that has disbursed over $215 million directly into hard-to-reach communities. We are a team of almost 32 and we’re profitable.
AidKit is at a pivotal moment in our company's journey, and we are eager to find the right person to help drive our next phase of growth. As we explore new industry verticals and expand our product and professional services, we need a dynamic leader who can seamlessly integrate with our partnership team and leadership. This role demands someone who can quickly understand our current landscape and strategically guide us into the future. Flexibility is key, as we are a small team launching a new marketing function. You'll be pitching innovative marketing strategies to our CEO one moment, and rolling up your sleeves to implement them the next. Compensation & Location
For this full-time position, you can work from anywhere in the United States. We currently have team members in places like Colorado, Connecticut, California, Oregon, Philadelphia, Washington State, Washington DC, and New York. The salary for this role ranges from $130,000 to $150,000, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure. We also provide equity which varies by position and experience and a comprehensive benefits package including 401K matching, health benefits, a flexible schedule, and unlimited paid time off.
