Custom Health is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pharmacist Supervisor to join our Clinical Team!

What you'll do!As a key member of Custom Health's Clinical Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of contracted clinical programs and fostering strong relationships with our contracted pharmacists, other assigned clinicians, and clients. 

The Pharmacist Supervisor will serve as a clinical program leader to drive the ongoing success of contracted clinical programs, contribute to the development and growth of new clinical programs, and act as a resource for the contractor, pharmacist, and technician teams that work to complete services on behalf of clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide proactive leadership, motivate teams, and function as an effective leader and advocate for clinical program success and growth.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Operations Team to establish clinical program implementation and maintenance plans, optimize workflows for care delivery, and complete monthly invoicing and reporting requirements. 
• Collaborate with the Clinical Operations Team to create and maintain training and quality assurance plans to ensure care is delivered by contracted pharmacists and/or other assigned clinicians in accordance with client expectations and Custom Health policies. 
• Establish and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships with clients in order to retain/grow revenue and program participation and meet/exceed clinical program goals. 
• Develop program Standard Operating Procedures that can be utilized by the team providing deliverables and for compliance.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Operations Team to develop and implement plans to define, measure, improve, and showcase clinical outcomes and other measures related to clinical programs.
• Responsible for direct management and oversight of contracting, implementations, and operations of assigned clinical account(s)
• Support Sales Team efforts of new accounts and initiate activities that lead to the sale of additional programs into existing accounts.
• Assist with Contractor hiring including review of potential candidates, interviewing, and quality assurance follow-up to ensure a smooth transition to programs.
• Assist program team (technicians, contractors, pharmacist) with questions and concerns via email and Teams chat by monitoring each and responding in a timely manner, reaching out for assistance from others on the leadership team as needed. 
• Support efforts in Ring Central to ensure the productivity of Contractors.
• Support the Account Managers as directed by the Compliance Team Leadership. 

Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience in clinical program leadership and management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Solid understanding of healthcare industry regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management and process optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience with remote team management and collaboration tools. 

Note: This is a full-time remote position, with working hours from 10 am CST to 7 pm CST.
