POSITION DUTIES Home health, DCP
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS CA license; 1-2 years of Home Health
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS previous Kaiser experience
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK Skilled Nursing setting;
Shift notes: Monday to Friday – 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Coverage area: San Mateo/RWC service area; 40 hours
START DATE 6/10/24
