Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assists in varying administrative matters; maintaining a wide variety of financial or other records.
- Verifies statistical reports for accuracy and completeness; and handling and adjusting complaints
- May also direct lower level clerks, positions above level IV excluded; which may include supervisory responsibilities using a thorough knowledge of an office’s work and routine
- Chooses among widely varying methods and procedures to process complex transactions
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years in an office environment
- Demonstrate strong skills in objective problem-solving and decision-making
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of software
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Physical demands include intermittent sitting, standing, and walking, and occasional bending reaching and lifting.
- Limited exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, etc. but generally not to the point of being disagreeable.
