Exodus Recovery Inc. is Hiring a Care Manager Near Redondo, CA

Exodus Recovery, Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Care Manager for our FSP8 program located in Redondo Beach, CA.

Position Summary:

Exodus Recovery, Inc. (Exodus) shall employ individuals to provide comprehensive mental health services, case and care management and care coordination services for clients in Exodus Recovery Department of Mental Health programs. Care Managers shall meet the qualifications as indicated in the Short-Doyle Medi-Cal Rehab Option Manual and provide services in accordance with the scope of their practice.

Requirements:

  • Three (3) years clinical experience in the health sciences related field with a minimum of (1) one-year direct client care experience working with complex clients with SMI who may have multiple conditions including such as mental health issues, substance use disorders, physical health problems, trauma, and/or homelessness.
  • Required experience with clinical EHR and DMH and/or DHS clinical documentation platform(s).
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Bachelors or Masters in a mental health related field, LVN, LPT, Certified Mental Health Specialist, Certified Drug and Alcohol Specialist preferred.
  • Valid CA driver's license and good driving record is required.
  • Current Continuing Education for maintenance of license as applicable.
  • Current CPR Certification preferred
  • Spanish speaking preferred

Commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
