We are seeking a team of TWO cleaners for this position!

PLEASE NOTE: This position is several locations in the area, the right applicant(s) must be willing to work in multiple locations.

Job locations: Lynnwood, Marysville, Redmond, & Woodinville

Hours: part-time, morning shifts, with opportunity to increase as more jobs become available.

Responsibilities:

* Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition

* Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors or carrying out trash

*Perform routine maintenance tasks

* Organize custodial closets and spaces

* Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Requirements:

* Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields

* Ability to handle physical workload

* Strong attention to detail

* Strong organizational skills

* Your own transportation to and from job locations

* Be professional and courteous at all times

*Ability to manage time responsibly and independently

*Must be 18 or older

*MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE

*MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.28 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 21 per week

Payment frequency:

• Paid biweekly

Schedule:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
