We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with a strong background in Git, Azure DevOps, and incident/release management. The candidate shall have experience in repository management, managing shiproom calls, and a strong understanding of Azure fundamentals. Previous Microsoft experience is preferred, particularly in Federal cloud environments requiring Top Secret clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Git repositories, ensuring version control best practices and efficient collaboration among team members.
- Facilitate shiproom calls to coordinate and prioritize releases, ensuring smooth deployment processes.
- Oversee incident and release management, promptly addressing issues and minimizing disruption to operations.
- Utilize Azure DevOps tools for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD processes to automate software builds, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Stay updated on Azure fundamentals and incorporate best practices into the development and deployment lifecycle.
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols, particularly in Federal cloud environments requiring Top Secret clearance.
