Responsibilities: - Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning and sanitizing various areas of the facility - Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness - Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture and fixtures - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed - Restock supplies, such as toilet paper and soap - Handle special cleaning projects as assigned - Provide excellent customer service to guests or residents Qualifications: - Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols Skills: - Floor care: Experience in cleaning and maintaining different types of flooring surfaces, such as carpet, tile, and hardwood. - Custodial: Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures for maintaining cleanliness in various settings. - Sanitation: Understanding of proper sanitation techniques to ensure a clean and safe environment. - Customer service: Ability to interact with customers or residents in a friendly and professional manner. - Carpet cleaning: Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and equipment. - Hotel: Experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred. - Clean: Strong ability to clean effectively and efficiently. - Housekeeping management: Knowledge of housekeeping principles and ability to manage tasks effectively. - Launder: Experience in laundering linens, towels, or other textiles. - Cook: Basic cooking skills may be required for certain positions.
