POSITION SUMMARY:
PickleRage is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and motivated Franchise Development Manager to help grow our chain of indoor pickleball clubs. As the Franchise Sale Director, you will be responsible for prospecting and recruitment of new franchisees in the United States. This position reports to the VP of Franchise Development.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND OUTCOMES:To meet goals and targets related to franchise sales, including prospecting and qualifying candidates, executing the franchise sales process, hosting discovery days recommending candidates for franchise award.

Virtual, with occasional travel to our PickleRage locations, franchise shows and our corporate office in Red Bank, New Jersey.
