Title : Procurement Specialist
Pay Range : $25-35 / hr. DOE
Benefits include health, dental, and vision (eligible on the 1st of the month following your start date).
Employment Type : 6-month Contract
Shift(s) : Mon Fri, 8 : 00 am
Location : Reading, PA, 19601
Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Procurement Specialist to work on-site with our client with 130 years of material and manufacturing process leadership.
As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.
Responsibilities :
- Managing a requisition backlog and working with internal stakeholders to get proper documentation.
- Converting requisitions to purchase orders
- Expediting purchase orders and resolving open po's.
- Invoice resolution
- Purchase order maintenance
- SAP experience is required
Qualifications :
- Four-year degree in finance, supply chain, business, or related field REQUIRED
- 3-5 years' experience in procurement
- Previous experience with SAP - REQUIRED
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing organization, preferred
