Responsibilities :
- Install, repair, and replace septic systems, sewer lines, or related structures
- Diagnose clogs, sewer smells, and basic plumbing issues
- Prepare and keep records of jobs completed, maintenance, and repair work
- Adhere to codes, OSHA standards, and safety and handbook policies
- Provide world-class customer service to our customers daily
- Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work and with a positive attitude
- Attend company meetings as necessary
Qualifications :
- 5 years of commercial or residential drain cleaning experience
- 5 years of experience with drain and camera equipment
- Experience in all areas of drain cleaning
- Jet operating experience preferred
- Excavation license preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to work on-call and weekend hours
