Primary Duties

• Listen to patients’ stories, struggles, and victories in order to convey God’s work in/through their lives to multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and volunteers to gather content and ensure accuracy in all communications.
• Create and edit videos to document patient success stories and day-to-day clinic activities.
• Write compelling narratives and updates on patient outcomes for use in newsletters, websites, and donor communications.
• Develop engaging presentations for potential donors and community stakeholders to highlight the clinic’s impact and needs.
• Design visually appealing layouts for various communications materials, including annual reports and fundraising campaigns, in collaboration with the clinic’s branding and advertising firm.
• Draft and refine donor appeal letters, ensuring they resonate with current and prospective supporters.
• Interact with clinic stakeholders in various settings – share the clinic’s mission, trends, needs, and vision.
• Provide content, ads, and direction to media outlets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining brand consistency.
• Walk in humility and love as Christ demonstrated while on earth.

Qualifications

• Agree with and be willing to uphold the Statement of Faith and Statement of Values.
• Experience in video production, graphic design, and professional writing (novices are encouraged to apply as training can be provided).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Respectful of the God-given dignity of all persons.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment and supplies as needed

Reports to: Development Director

Hours: 20-25 hours per week; flexible schedule available between Monday and Thursday with an occasional Friday.
