Major Responsibilities/Activities
- Prepare and print shipping labels using UPS WorldShip, FedEx Shipping Manager, DHL and BOL
- Contact carrier and schedule shipping pickups with various companies like XPO, ESTES, FEDX Freight, etc.
- Maintain inventory of consumables, update website for vendor management items, and review min-max on shipping/receiving corrugated
- Use receiving functions using our MRP system, process receiving of inventory components and miscellaneous items
- Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety procedures
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- 5 years experience in shipping and receiving (using WorldShip, FedEx and international shipments)
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics
- Capable of working a consistent schedule, starting at 7:45AM ET
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
