Job Overview:
LOOKING FOR ZILLOW FLEX AGENTS. We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients find their dream homes or sell their properties. This role offers the opportunity to work independently and grow a successful real estate career.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, practices, and Fair Housing regulations
- Stay updated with real estate administrative processes
- Manage property auctions or exchanges
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in property management principles
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations to ensure fair treatment of all clients
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Exceptional customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele
