Flexible to be in office as needed. Must be able to commute to Rancho Cucamonga office. Understand the business process management of the company to learn the strengths and weaknesses of the company’s financial situation Design an alternative business process workflow, implement the solutions, and supervise the execution process Get feedback/comments on alternative business process and act upon them Stay up-to-date with developments in relevant software in the field Identify the areas for improvements and business issues Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Finance or similar 3-5 years of related experience in Finance: reporting, budgeting, etc.Must be highly organized and independentExceptional attention to detail and communication skillsLearn the strengths and weaknesses of the company’s financial situation, investigate data and implement solutionsAdvanced in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)Knowledge of Power BIiServe, Smartsheet, SalesForce, Dayforce, Zycus experience is a plusVBA experience, minimum of 2 yearsGAAP experience, a plusWhy Join Us?
