We are seeking a dynamic, passionate business analyst to join our team, focusing on spearheading planning efforts, driving cross-functional projects, cultivating strategic partnerships and defining investments within the last mile space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in last mile logistics business analysis, strategic analysis and cost effective analysis, with an understanding of the complexities of the ecommerce last mile delivery ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

1.Design a comprehensive, objective, and accurate data metrics, establishing a management monitoring.

2.Combine marketing research, competitor tracking, and business model design to support high-quality business decision-making.

3.Deep analysis of various business scenarios, including user operations, network planning, supply chain optimization, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, customer experience enhancement, and competitive analysis. Produce analytical reports, business strategies, promote business development, and facilitate the achievement of business objectives.

4. Business Unit (BU) strategic planning, targets decomposition and tracking, driving the implementation of business strategies.

5.Collaborate closely with External teams, refining data product requirements, and facilitating deployment of data products.

Requirements:

1.Strong business sense, sensitivity to data, good at data analysis and problem-solving.

2.Skilled at and enthusiastic about deep thinking, having curiosity in uncovering the essence of matters.

3.Self-driven, consistent output under pressure.

4.Good at cross-team communication and collaboration.

5.Prior experience in cross-border logistics or e-commerce is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
