We are seeking an organized and detail/ process-oriented Billing/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles. Must have Proven work experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar role.

Duties:

• Must be able to understand software billing programs.
• Must know QuickBooks.
• Must be able to create billing process from Job to invoice to collection.
• Must be able to create and stick to accounting rules.
• Must ensure billing is correct and able to audit billing.
• Prepare bank deposits, payment postings and reports.
• Research and resolve any issues or discrepancies found in accounting documentation.
• Compile and present financial reports and summaries to management for review.
• Provide assistance and support to company personnel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
