Qualifications:

- DIR experienced required

- Focus on forecasting, budgeting and attention to detail

- QuickBooks exp. required, Sage exp preferred.

- College degree preferred with accounting emphasis

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities:

- Efficiently process accurate project billing within specified timelines, collaborating closely with Project Managers and Superintendents.

- Utilize Procore for AIA monthly progress billing, ensuring meticulous documentation.

- Maintain detailed project files, including lien releases and DIR/certified payroll documentation.

- Prepare monthly WIP Reports and other relevant documentation using Microsoft Excel.

- Assist in job-site compliance tracking and preparation of close-out documents.

- Create/manage invoices and change orders.

- Handle Certified Payroll requirements.
