CLIENT OVERVIEW:

Our client, a US Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to Government Health and Human Services agencies, seeks an accomplished Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a fully remote role.

JOB OVERVIEW:

• JOB TITLE: Bilingual CSR (Mien or Ukrainian)
• JOB DURATION: 6-12 Months with possible temp-to-hire.
• JOB LOCATION: Remote
• CANDIDATE LOCATION: should be living within 40 minutes’ drive from Rancho Cordova, CA
• INTERVIEW PROCESS: The client will be offering candidates based on their resume hence no interviews.
• START DATE: Mon, Jun 03, 2024
• SHIFT: 9:00 AM -6: 00 PM (Pacific Time).
• BILINGUAL REQUIREMENTS: Mien or Ukrainian are required languages.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• On the first day, equipment pickup is required at the Rancho Cordova, CA facility, work will be remote thereafter.
• A high-speed wired internet connection is essential; Wi-Fi is not permitted. A reliable home office setup is a must.
• Training duration varies (4-5 weeks), contingent on class progress.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the Customer service process.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: At least an HS diploma OR GED.
• Must reside locally to Rancho Cordova, CA, candidate may have to go onsite to pick up the equipment.
• Must have 2-3 years of Customer Service experience.
