CaptiveAire Systems is Hiring an IT Support Technician Near Raleigh, NC
CaptiveAire maintains a network of over 90 sales offices in the U.S. and Canada and six strategically located manufacturing plants in North Carolina, Iowa, Oklahoma, California, Pennsylvania and Florida.
Summary:
The IT Infrastructure Technician will be tasked with providing tier 1 remote and local technology support for this national manufacturing company which operates 6 manufacturing facilities and 90 sales offices across the US. Employee will also assist with hardware installation, inventory and asset management along with other information technology management related tasks. This is not a remote role and will be based working out of our corporate office in Raleigh.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years previous experience working in a help desk or technology support role
- Knowledge of Apple Hardware, MacOS & IOS.
- Excellent software and hardware troubleshooting skills working with both Windows and Mac OS personal computers.
- Must have a solid understanding of basic networking as it relates to connectivity of Windows/Mac workstations, printers, scanners and other network connected devices.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be professional in appearance
- Experience working with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 a plus.
