What You’ll Be DoingOur remote first Customer Care Team responds in a positive, energetic and proactive way to questions, requests and concerns that come from current/prospective customers, property managers and tenants. We are a supportive team looking for another good human to add to our bunch. When looking for new team members we search for creative problem solvers excited about creating an unmatched customer experience. We document cases that are turned into reports used to build our business. We leverage our technical tools to improve our work efficiency and the customer experience. In everything we do we like to say we are customer obsessed.
A Day In The Life Looks Like
  • Supporting a queue of customers via phone, email, web and social media.
  • Documenting interactions with accuracy, tracking emerging issues and escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Advocating for process improvements to meet customer, property manager and tenant needs.
  • Maintaining a positive, supportive and professional demeanor with customers, colleagues and leadership.
  • Meeting performance and productivity goals as set by leadership.
  • Completing training and skills development projects as assigned.
Our Must Haves
  • High School diploma Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Integrity, problem solving and emotional intelligence when handling customers, colleagues and leadership.
  • Confident with computers, typing and learning technology.
  • Ability to manage time and transition between tasks in an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated reliability and accountability.
Nice To Haves
  • Bilingual Spanish (strongly preferred)
  • 1 year of contact center experience
  • Experience using Salesforce platforms
  • Experience using Google Workspace
  • Ability to type 50 WPM
