Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least three (3) year relevant experience required
• Strong customer service experience
• New Jersey state license OR apprenticeship
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Job Duties:

• Assists customers in selecting frames and lenses that meet their needs.
• Takes seg height and PD measurements.
• Possesses the ability to multi-task, prioritize & manage time efficiently.
• Educates customers on the care and maintenance of eyeglasses.
• Dispensing, adjusting, and minor repairs on eyewear.
• Maintains inventory of frames and other optical supplies.
• Inspects eyewear to ensure they meet NJ standards.
• Interprets and explains patients’ vision insurance benefits.
• Works with team members in a collaborative and supportive way.
• Always represents themselves to the highest level of professionalism in both speech and presentation.
• Ensures orders for glasses have been processed accurately and are being delivered in a timely manner.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
