Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of quality assurance and quality control processes within our machining operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining, along with proven leadership skills and a dedication to ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Quality Systems: Design, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate machining processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Quality Control: Establish and maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the production process, including inspection procedures and testing protocols.
  • Supplier Quality Management: Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components, and establish supplier quality standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to machining team members on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into quality issues and non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions to address root causes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans. Prepare regular reports on quality performance for management review.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with customers to understand their quality requirements and ensure that products meet or exceed their expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Machining Experience: Strong background in machining operations, with a thorough understanding of machining processes and techniques.
  • Quality Management Experience: Proven experience in a quality management role, preferably within a machining or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Quality Standards: Familiarity with quality management standards such as ISO 9001 and Job Title: Quality Manager
