We are seeking a superstar to join our administrative team. A "can do" spirit with a passion for working together to be the best at what we do is required. This position is multi-faceted and very fast paced, it requires flexibility and strong decision making capabilities.
- Answer multi-line phone system with exceptional etiquette.
- Schedule and dispatch installation appointments for all technicians and sales members
- Update customer files in database
- Payment processing
- Compile daily billing reports by technician
Impeccable attention to detail, strong interpersonal communication skills and a strong desire to best serve the customer are all required.
*Potential to grow into Full-Time position*
Saturdays may be required during peak seasons
Job Type: Part-Time, 25 hrs per week. 5, 5 hour days scheduled between 7am and 5pm daily.
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Background check is required for all employees
