THE JOB
As a Spa/Salon Supervisor, your warm welcome and attentive service will lay the foundation for each guest's experience. By listening to their individual stories and preferences, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!
THE PAY RATE : Starting at $20.00/hr
THE DAY TO DAY
Maintain a professional demeanor while being friendly and engaging with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Follow established policies and procedures regarding safety and sanitation and ensuring the well-being of both guests and staff
Supervisors oversee daily operations to guarantee guest and employee satisfaction. This involves ensuring that services, products, and experiences meetinghigh standards
Promptly addressing and resolving any guest concerns is essential. Effective communication of company policies to employees can help streamline the resolution process
Maintaining optimal staffing levels and sufficient supplies is necessary to provide superior service and maximize revenue opportunities. Proper planning and forecasting can help achieve this
Supervisor responsibilities includeactively promoting service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products. Focusing on meeting the needs of guests
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
An enthusiastic individual to join our diverse and unified team, working collaboratively to meticulously manage and execute tasks
Possesses strong decision-making skills
Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Two (2) years prior customer service experience
